Why Azure DR status of my server is showing Failover Failed, and Replication Health is Critical?

Replication health is critical but replication is happening.

Error ID:150005
Error Message: The failover of the source machine failed.
Possible causes: The source machine is in a state which couldn’t be failed over.
I have configured Azure recovery service vault(Replication) on windows server it’s working fine but from today it is in unhealthy.
How to change the replication heath state to Healthy?
