I have done the npm install and have the npm run watch working but don’t seem to have the edits I am making on the _theme.scss working or the styles.css in theme directory pushing my styles either. using Xampp on my local. and just updated the package.json to have the bootstrap 4 watch command.

not using the child theme though its my main theme i renamed to westcoast.
