I am having an issue with phpmyadmin (v5.2.1 & but have tried v5.2.2-dev) running via wamp on my local machine.

I just upgraded my phpMyAdmin to the latest version (5.2.1 currently) and for the new configuration, in order to avoid a warning after the authentication, I need to set on the file /usr/share/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php the value $cfg['blowfish_secret']

Is there a way to select a default database when entering phpmyadmin ?

i would to ask if there is a way to have signon and cookie auth_type at same time? For having possible to login via credentials with default PhpMyAdmin login form and with POST form from 3rd party service.

I have studied everything I could for ten days. Also, I have been trying for hours for ten days, but I have not succeeded. The server is localhost (Laragon), I have made settings and changes many times to increase the capacities. This happened before to upload backup, but once or twice it was fixed. The only thing that happened today is that I uploaded a small backup sql.gz file (4.156 KB) and I didn’t get any error, but the other zip file I want to upload is (46.355 KB). However, when I extract it, it is 624.149 KB.

How should I go about fixing my database? After exporting it from phpMyAdmin and opening it in Notepad++, I attempt to replace ‘localhost’ with a domain name. However, I encounter an issue I cannot find the localhost. Please help me. Thank you!
