Please help me make this vertical yellow, occasionally green line go away. Line is changing colors from green to yellow, not quite understanding what is driving the change. Was attempting to collapse a block of code using edit.collapse when it turned on.

I have tried changing settings on outline, didn’t work, can’t find info online. Thank you.
