In a monorepo VS Code returns hundreds of results from node_modules
packages. This wasn’t broken a month ago, now it is.
I don’t want to keep adding exclude globs in the search UI. Would prefer to set it and forget it. Is there a way to trick VS Code into not acting buggy?
