I tried going to my temp folder properties->security-> and allowed “Everyone” to write and read in the folder.
I have tried running the code in my command terminal and VS Studio as an administrator with the same error still.

13] Permission denied: ‘C:||Users|iqtad|AppDatal Locall|Temp|tmpka61muc3.wav’

I even tried having the file saved to another folder with the same errorz
