Mysql joining multiple values from table1 with table2

problem about mysql query

I have two tables table1 and table2

in table1 d,h,l,p colomns values to be joined with table2 a value……

a student written exam papers codes given in table1 in d,h,l,p colomns.

and the paper names mentioned in table2

now i need to join this data to dispaly.
