Currently I have database with mysql(v 5.7.44) tables with collation utf8_unicode_ci

When I import it to mysql 8.0.31, collation get changed to utf8mb3_unicode_ci

After reading many posts regarding this, I changed it from utf8mb3_unicode_ci to utf8mb4_unicode_ci

I also tried all options given in UTF-8 all the way through and many other related posts.

But till now, my Hindi (devnagari / unicode) text stored in this mysql table is not getting displayed properly.

It is displayed as shown in below image.
