I am trying to find a platform where I can take in customer job requests and give them status updates within the website.

An Example:

• A customer needs job done from our company
• We need them to submit 5 files and give us some other text information.
• List of submission fields some required some not.
• Once they use our form we could create a job which they can see the status of. “Pending” “In Progress” “Need Info” “Billing” “Completed” or something like that. Ideally we could request more info from them in the app, and bonus points if we could also bill them in the same app so the entire workflow is on one platform. A WordPress extension or basic platform would be preferable.
