Is it possible to search for a value in column 2 and then pull the adjacent value for it from column 4?

I can search and pull for a value in column 2 in a data table with no issues but pulling the the value that aligns with it from column 4 is where I am having issues.

I’ve tried using the parse text function but can only grab the value from column 2.
