I am trying to run this ML model https://github.com/ourresearch/openalex-institution-parsing/tree/main/V2 by ourresearch locally to proccess affiliation strings. I have downloaded the necessary files from aws that they say are necessary.

I have spent a lot of time trying to figure it out but I am not any wiser. I was expecting some sort of entry point but I dont seem to find one, or how else I can run it.
