Preface

This question is regarding the QTTaBar windows extension to enable tabs in windows “File Explorer” – but its related to the uninstall process where the app leaves few options even after uninstalling. Hence i’m posting I here

Problem

I was facing an issue (screenshot below) with uninstalling QTTabBAr as mentioned in this question here – which I was able to solve by using Windows Troubleshooter as mentioned in the answer and also mentioned in the main website.

But after uninstalling the extension, I was still able to see few options that were added by the extension under “File Explorer > View > Options” (screenshot below). I’m guessing these need to be removed from the registry, hence I’m posting the question here.

Note: A similar question was asked here but didn’t get any response.
