I am pretty curious how brilliant creates a page like this:

The animation of svg is compeletely interactive to the programming block in the toolbox.

I want to make a page similar to this in react. Is there any library to make use of or any advice on this?

I have found svgator useful to make animated svg. But it seems svgator is only capable of interactivity on hover, click, and scroll, and, it doesn’t provide any javascript or css code for me to learn.
