How to create OAuth 2.0 or other authorization policy to secure ARCGIS Enterprise API’s?

I have my ArcGIS Enterprise Account which is totally new.

I want to create services, maps, etc in that account and secure those service API’s with OAuth 2.0 or other security policies supported by ArcGIS Enterprise.

I am not able to find where I can configure OAuth for my Enterprise Account and secure those Enterprise API’s.

Please guide me here with proper documentation and also let me know the process to fulfil my above requirement.
