I’m thinking about mental health balance reminding product, it’s sole purpose is to delicately vibrate during the day, to remind you to be mindful/pause for a second and think about how are you currently feeling.

I imagine it would require 3 things: small vibration motor, a microchip to control it and a battery.
Do you have any suggestions on exact products I could buy to make this product? As an early prototype I’m not yet thinking about shelling yet, I was thinking about just submerging it in glue.
