I am new to Docker. My docker container is used to test a reporting platform installed in it. I want to know, if the docker container has auto update enabled. And the reporting platform crushed after the auto update, is there any way that I can restore the container to the day before that auto update? Do I have to set up a Disaster Recovery backup for this kind of restore?

And if I restore it, will all the reports that I developed in the reporting platform lost? For example, the Disaster recovery will do backup daily at 2am. I build many reports in the reporting platform in Day1 at 10am. In Day2, the reporting platform crushed and I have to restore it to the backup version taken at Day1 2am. Will those reports created at Day1 10am get restored?
