For customers paying with a manually added order, WooCommerce uses the form form-pay.php, which is triggered when an order is manually added through WooCommerce’s web admin. An order details email is then sent to the customer, containing a link that opens the form-pay.php page.

Issues with WooCommerce Checkout fields
On my WooComm site, I am not using any plugin related to the checkout fields. I am having trouble with the mobile number field. Two scenarios:

I’m confused on something. I have 2 different websites, each use a small theme I developed and have the same plugins (all updated). This includes WooCommerce 8.8.3 on both sites. However, the checkout/cart pages look completely different. And the markup WooCommerce uses for each page is also different.
