I have a WordPress site at https://example.com/blog/. When I open this URL, it works fine. However, when I try to open the site without the trailing slash (https://example.com/blog), it first redirects to http and then to https.

My wordpress project sometime redirect me in to account suspended page. this is my site url (hisexcellence.com) and redirect me to this url, (https://hisexcellence.com/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi). last time i move my site from one hosting to another all configuration and hosting end are fine, then why i face this issue? this site is hacked i recover this and there is no vulnerability files, themes and plugins now. can you please help me for this issue?
