recently i’ve reset my windows with it owns reset option, not restalling it in machine. Since then when i try to use powershell it doesn’t open, and when i try to use powershell command in cmd it throws this error:

Hello Guys yesterday i have downloaded a program and i recognized that is a malware and i have immediately delete it after that my computer in so slow today the Windows 10 is not goint any more i have a blue screen with (Bad System Config error)
I wanted to repair it with CMD but i have no access to anything windows displayed that i should first writing my MS Windows Password to access commands but every timw i write the password and iam sure that is right it displays that my password is wrong ??????
Can any one help me please!
