I’m trying to install Astrometrica software on Windows 11, but I keep encountering a “Runtime Error 217 0040A300” message. Does anyone know how to fix this error?

So I’m trying to install Windows on my PC, on a new SSD. I’ve installed the Windows 11 installation media onto my pen drive from my laptop. When I plug the pen drive into my PC and boot it up, the BIOS is recognizing the pen drive as a boot device. I have also moved the pen drive to the highest booting priority. However, even after this, my PC keeps restarting… Any ideas on how to fix it?
