I was provided a work PC with WSL installed and have added my user to sudoers. I was able to install packages and update (e.g. sudo apt update) but it stopped working a few weeks ago and says my password is wrong.

I try to move the WSL from c disk to other one through cmd firstly, but got stuck for a long time at moving… prompt during import operation, then I quit the operation and try to rerun it and got the error below:
