It seems that the usual use case when using Whatsapp business api is customers initiating conversations with a business from their personal Whatsapp account, and the business can reply with automated messages such as order status.
But does it support the use case of customers using a chatbot on a website, then escalating to human support with agents who are using Whatsapp business?
In other words, the API is being used to communicate with agents of the business, rather than their customers.

WhatsApp cloud API send template message with status 200, but the recipient cannot receive the message
I have defined several templates in WhatsApp Cloud API successfully. I use one of the templates to send the order summary to myself four times a day at different times (8:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 16:00 PM, 21:00 PM). It works fine on the first day. But on the second day, the API ran normally with response status 200, but I did not receive any message.
From my understanding, the Cloud API could send a template message to the recipient even if the user does not reply. If you want to send a free text message from API, the user should respond to the first pushed template message from API.
I can’t receive messages through my webhook with Whatsapp Cloud API
I created a webhook and added the business number.
My webhook is correctly verified and is receiving test messages sent from the dashboard, however when I send whatsapp messages to the business number, the webhook does not receive them.

I’m trying to send a document with a template via the Whatsapp API.
I encounter a strange error in the API response which tells me that a parameter is missing even though it does not exist in the official documentation.
