Having a bit of a vague issue as I am not too familiar working with .NET and ASP.NET. I update some old site every few months and I have not had this issue before, but I feel like it may be something dealing with permissions or privileges applied to the workstation. Just minor changes to forms on the site, but not the actual design of the site.

I searched thru all the similar questions here in stackoverflow but there was no mention on how to manually set compatibility mode for the IIS Express – Edge (from VS). I’m not talking setting in web.config or via aspx page, but manually from the browser.
