Increasing User Changes/Requirements in Agile Methodology
My question is quite simple. How to handle a situation where the team is applying agile methodology in software projects and there so many iterations and change in requirements, that the schedule is highly affected? Plus you have your manager who is always wanting things to get done within schedule and it is something you cannot control?
Purpose oriented user accounts on a single desktop?
Starting point: I currently do development for Dynamics Ax, Android and an occasional dabble with WordPress and Python. Soon, I’ll start a project involving setting up WP on Google Apps Engine. Everything is, and should continue to, run from the same PC (running Linux Mint). Issue: I’m afraid of botching/bogging down my setup due to […]

Which concepts are pertinent to plan a “end-user documentation” strategy?
I am writing a lot of software and I feel that writing good documentation is very difficult. Since I am not aware of any structured theory about software documentation I started to organise my knowledge in this field and hope that doing this will help me to break down information in sensible units and organise documentation efficiently.
