TISA has released all their protocols in a Protobuf format on GitHub. I want to evaluate it and for this I started to put together a very simple application that will show Emergency Alerts and Warnings (EAW) on a map. Now as far as I understand it should be straightforward to do so, but I don’t know how to retrieve test data (or where to retrieve it from). Is there anyone having experience with TPEG EAW maybe?
