JIRA Scrumboard tickets about backend under “In Test” column – how to deal with those tickets?
Story:
The JIRA kanban is for the scrum process for a web application developement.
The kanban has column “Selection for Development”, “In Progress”, “On Hold”, “In Test”, “In Review”, “Done”.
The backend developer have move the ticket to “In Test”, as a QA engineer, how should I deal with those ticket?
I have no access to the backend, and it’s very trivial, like max size become configurable , add a buffer size configuration, or a internal process without interface.
The developer haven’t assign the ticket to me, but moved to “In Test”.
