Customize SharePoint Initiation form to add Attachment?

So, I am building out the program SharePoint page to better enhance the ability to perform our job. One of the things I am trying to do is move from Excel to SharePoint list for asset tracking. I am limited to SharePoint 2016/online hybrid environment. From my understanding is I can use an Initiation form with workflow to ask the questions to people for data, but I have not tried out the InfoPath form side due to needing InfoPath designer installed.

Is it possible to change an on-prem SharePoint SE farm name?

We have several on-prem SharePoint SE farms. The farms were created with generic names based on the config database name (e.g., (get-spfarm).Name shows DR_Config). We’d like to change the farm names to something more relatable, like Prod_Farm, Dev_Farm, etc. Is this possible without doing a major reconfiguration of the farm?

How to Transfer Ownership of MS Lists Entries When Team Manager Changes?

I’ve created a Microsoft List where users can only see the rows that they (team managers) created themselves. This setup is working well for our team managers. However, we’ve encountered an issue when a team manager leaves and a new team manager joins the organization. The new team manager needs access to the rows created by the previous manager, as they remain relevant to the team’s operations. Unfortunately, due to the current settings that restrict visibility to only the creator’s entries, this is not possible.
