I am using ‘MALDI MSI Data Converter’ (packages = c(“shiny”, “shinyWidgets”, “shinyFiles”, “MALDIquant”, “MALDIquantForeign”, “dplyr”, “bslib”) to extract peaks and intensities from .imzML files (MALDI IMS data). I am getting error messages (see below) and I was wondering if anyone here has encountered the same problem or has suggestion. The code is below after the error messages.
