Creating a summary of results table from {netmeta} without using RMarkdown – updated
I have spent hours trying to create a nice summary table that I can just copy and paste to a Word document but have failed. I am using the netmeta
package to model a network meta-analysis. I have tried to use RMarkdown, stargazer
, modelsummary
, xtable
, gt
and just can’t seem to do it and don’t know where I’m going wrong.
When I try RMarkdown, I get the following error in the render window:
Is there an R command equivalent to Stata’s “ifplot” for Network Meta-Analysis?
I apologize for posting my question here: I see that “Network-meta-analysis” isn’t even an available tag in this forum. I had written it in StackExchange/CrossValidated, but it was deleted as it “focuses on programming, debugging, or performing routine operations, or it asks about obtaining datasets”, whatever this means. If anyone has suggestions on a more proper place where to ask this question, they are welcome.
