Without using CSS/JS, how do you delay the appearance of text as well as a multiple choice question within a section of a survey for x number of seconds, in which upon opening that section, the user would see the text and MCQ appear after x seconds.

I’m working on a project where I’m trying to see if an event happening earlier (event a vs b) affects outcome x. I need to compare date a to date b. I am trying to use the Calculated Field to auto populate a response depending on if a or b happened earlier. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can do this? Thanks!
