I’m using Qt Creator 14.0.0 and finding the designer very unstable; when it crashes there is no error and the app exits.

I want to make one toggle functionality in QT like when I click on the pushButton then I want something else in the Label and when I click another time then I want another text value.

I have already unistalled Qt, and yet the icon is being displayed under applications tab in settings (https://i.sstatic.net/bQ2iNMUr.png). Can someone please help and tell me what todo.
