I am trying to mount a directory to my docker, but have any writes be scoped to within the container. I believe this should be possible with the Overlay Volume Mount option documented at: https://docs.podman.io/en/latest/markdown/podman-run.1.html#volume-v-source-volume-host-dir-container-dir-options
