We are currently facing a issue with our Grandstream system which currently has two SIP lines of Jio and Airtel respectfully, is not displaying all calls in the Call Detail Records (CDR). Specifically, some calls are missing from the CDR, even after checking using the API. However, these missing calls are indeed recorded and can be found in the call recordings page.
