ATT. I need to set my own shortcut key to let a folder “Mark all as read”. so that i could just press shortcut key to mark all mails as read.

I have MS Office Pro 2021. I use the IMAP protocol for email.

I have my main outlook account [email protected] and then an imap account [email protected]. Clicking on a folder in either account gets loaded into a shared Item List (emails) and Reading Pane (selected email) … in order to avoid confusion I’d like to be able to split the Outlook window horizontally. One account would be above the line and the other below, so that each email account has it’s own item list and reading pane. Is this possible? Using latest version of Outlook Classic.

Outlook 365 (web client) contains a feature to “Snooze” emails, which effectively hides them until a specified time. Unfortunately, the Outlook desktop client does not contain this feature (although Microsoft has been promising for more than a year that they are “considering this”. 1500+ votes to date).

When sending an e-mail from the ERP system, a new e-mail is opened, the voucher is attached as a file and title/text i gave the app is in the e-mail.

I have an issue with the outlook. The attached photo is the rules in one of our client’s outlook. The outlook rules cant be deleted even via mfcmapi or outlook. I even tried to export and import .rwz files but still no luck. I am left with no option other than creating a new profile. Please help

Since a few month (at least I feel that’s changed some month ago…) photos I attached at sending the receiver gets them EMBEDDED and not attached.
