I’m encountering a frustrating issue on my macOS system. My username XYZ has lost permissions to access any folders, and I now need to use sudo for almost every action. Additionally, I have to manually go to ‘Get Info’ for each folder and add my user one by one to regain access. This problem prevents me from performing even simple tasks like deleting files using Visual Studio Code, and I see red signs on folder icons indicating permission issues.
