Does anyone know, how to put the soprano and the alto clef right before the treble clefs, just like in the image below?

I have a piece of music I am trying to rewrite with new fingerings, and it starts with a small section that gives you the basic idea on how to play the piece.

I wanted to create a setup, where I can generate a full score as well as each part and separate registers using lilypond. For the most part, my setup works fine, however I have some issues transposing the midi output for the different instruments correctly.

I would like to completely disable the bar length check and auto bar placing functions, but manually add bar lines when necessary. Is it possible to do so?
