All cells that merge too many rows have this issue. For example, this cell will be empty, instead of having the text “258 (0x102)”:

I am trying to set up a new page geometry with geometry package version 5.9. Earlier (Geometry package version 4.x) the code below would give the right result with a full-width head and foot rule. Now it only goes to 70% of the page. That’s a feature according to the manual. So I have two problems.

I’m writing a Latex manuscript and it has gone through several revisions. The figures folder is now full of many figures, and I want to remove all of the unused figures. Is there some convenient way to figure out which of the figures are being used and which aren’t?

I am trying to compile a simple latex file.
