Compaq keyboard 9-pins to a usb connection – 24H2 has not seen it. Any suggestions? I like this particular keyboard as it is easy to type on. Thank you.

I am using external USB mouse + keyboard for my laptop. Suddenly, most of the keys started not to work. Only FN + F1 – F12 combinations and Mouse work. I tried to change usb port but nothing changed. I also used different USB mouse + keyboard set, same thing happened. Mouse and FN + F1 – F12 combinations work but all other keys on the keyboard not working. My laptop’s keyboard also works.
Could you please help to solve this issue?
