we have an under performing software mobile team, one of the problems is that for every sprint, when a JIRA ticket is completed by the develop and sent to QA, QA finds 3-4 bugs with it. That causes 3-4 extra tickets to be created. As a result, we not able to bring in new work, because we are to busy trying to resolve these bugs. What would be your strategy to solve this problem ?
