I want to use JsBarcode.all.min.js locally (because the intended target will not have an active internet connection) but it does not work after downloading.

I’m looking for a cdn file: https://cdn.popt.in/pixel.js and when i see the file a thought, what type of file is this ? They minified this file or they obsfuscated this file, i know that they do this to protection against stolen, but i ask to myself.
