I have an app for smart watch that is supposed to give me the heart rate all the time. It works when the screen is on but the moment the screen goes off it just stops reading it. If I turn the screen on, all the logs of the data that were supposed to show appear all together. So the sensor works? It just accumulates and won’t process?
