My entire project was working fine until MacOS 14.5 and Xcode 15.4. However when trying to build the app now I get the following

My entire project was working fine until MacOS 14.5 and Xcode 15.4. However when trying to build the app now I get the following
Xcode says iOS 17.5 Not Installed
I get this occasionally, and so far the only way I have to make it go is to reboot my Mac. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix it?

When i try to upload my ios archive to storeconnect, i am getting this error. I understand that my machine is old and i am able to use xcode 14.1 but not any further than that. Does this mean my machine is no use anymore?
XCode: different debug and release version
I did’t change any setting and my xocde start showing me to option in TARGEST->General
