I am using IntelliJ IDE 2023.2.5. I once forcefully killed the IDE and restarted my MacOS, to enable firevault encryption. After this activity I am getting the following error while building any project.

I want to practice making plugins for Intellij Idea and create something interesting
The first idea I have is to say “create folder ” and the folder will create in the project.
Where can I find information to implement this? I’m specifically interested in the point of creating folder from a text command and not converting voice to text.
