I’m new to working with conda environments. I’m trying to install this package from github using conda but it is throwing a PackagesNotFoundError error.

I want to use climax open source because of my research activities, I want to use Microsoft’s climate prediction model, but I don’t know how to follow the guide in the photo below. I would to use git bash or anaconda prompt, what do I use for this problem?
