Non JS gototop button in horizontally scroll-able div blocks is not working
No JavaScript solutions please, the website needs to be accessible from non js browsers.
I have a simple button that jumps to the top of the page (or more precisely the preamble).
There are also org-src-container code blocks that are horizontally scrollable due to the sometimes long line length.

How do you frame a logo in a blob-shaped block?
The logo overlaps the images and the images have edges like this. In figma as usual this is done by a simple mask, but css can’t do that either)

Blur in backdrop-filter does not take any effect
I have below snippet. As can be seen, top bar has some transparency + backdrop-filter: blur(20px)
, while the navigation menu does not have such effect.
