I’m trying to claim the Heroku student benefit and verify my payment method. However, I’ve encountered issues twice:

I am stacy, actually i was deploying one repo that has below requirements and Dockerfile.. and when app deployed, Heroku Banned my account.. is there any way to bypass it or install package inside Docker with rename directory something to make it workable..
