Google sheets vacation and rolling list from choices

good-day, my friend and I are going on holiday and we always sort of plan every day what we are going to do and we have always managed somehow, but now we are going to Japan and as we are someone from Eastern Europe it is quite expensive for us, so we want to make the most of every day we can. We each have lots of ideas where to go, what to experience etc. and I’m trying to make it easier for us with a spreadsheet where we enter: Area, Experience Name, Station, Area Map, Note, Links, that would be the first page.
Then there would be sheets with each day, where I’d like to have a rolling down menu (or whatever would be just as functional) where we would select an area, then another rolling down menu where there would just be experiences from that area, and once that experience is selected, the rest of the cells would fill themselves out according to the data we entered in the first sheet. I know it’s probably a lot, but unfortunately my skills aren’t up to it and what I’ve done is functional, but it’s actually not much better than filling in the data manually, which is very frustrating and I wish it was more functional, it would help us a lot, even in planning our next trip,
