I am trying automate a process in my team. I have a case tracker where Team members put their cases with date, last date of action, status etc. Now, I want to automate a reminder alert that if someone puts today’s date, after two days, that team member will get an email in their outlook to close or check the case.

I have 4 accounts set in my Outlook desktop app and I want so send emails preferably from email #4 which is a gmail.
