I have a table for example 8 rows and two drop down list, I want first drop down list has items from 1 –> 4
and the two drop down list has items from 5 –> end

My goal is for the formula to give me the maximum quote number based on certain conditions. If the quote# column has a zero or blank and the Line Total column is greater than zero then the quote # should put out N/A. Otherwise, it should find the maximum number in the quote column.

I need to find the rate of pallet depending on number of pallet and destinations, the data are in a different sheet.
