Use project data in excel rows to create a 4 quarter visual plan. For example blocks of work that have a specific category, automatically create a box of that size with the name of that category. On say a specific swimlane, under the right quarter based on the start/ end dates specified in that excel row. If that block of work has an identified problem then that’s displayed on the created box in some visual way.
